As a general note for anyone else reading, if you have any issues with DTRPG, it’s probably best to contact their support people first, then let me know so I can follow up with them (hamish@ardens.org).
If you buy the PDF through any vendor, you should get a bundle that includes all 3 versions: Midnight, Noon, and b&w print friendly.
