Why not just copy the info from the Marvel universe database. The way the game is made you should be able to create him from that info easily.
You could probably start with something like this I imagine:
Powers Profile:
Simple: Pick up and throw a car,
Difficult Turn invisible, shapeshift into someone else
Borderline: Touch another’s mind
Possible: Replicate
Impossible: Survive without consuming the mind and body of the host.
