Start here, and branch out. Check the Powered by the Apocalypse community for starters. I can’t help with face to face organising, but if you’re willing to play online, I’ve found Roll20 is a decent way to advertise. There’s also a G+ Tabletop community, and one for Hangout RP too, but I’ve found those less useful. If you do go online, I’d be interested.
Good question, Robert. We’ve been talking about starting a community for it- a few people have suggested it. If that’s something folks would be interested in, I could certainly put that together. Another possibility would be to create a dedicated SCUP section of the Wheel Tree community. I’m open to thoughts on these ideas.
I think this game really deserve its own G+ community. Most PBTA games have one: Urban Shadows, The Sprawl, The Dungeon World Tavern, etc.
In the interim you may also want to try the Gauntlet.
