Hello there, I have some doubts regarding Transfer and Donation of Resources due to Wonders’ aftermaths.
Transfer a Resource from A to B: Does it mean that A gets that Resource as Need and B gets it as Surplus? (i.e. Crime Wave in The Capital)
Transfer a Surplus from A to B: Does it mean that A gets that Resource as Need and B gets it as Surplus? or A does not get it as Need? (i.e. The Slums in The Capital)
A donates a Need to B: I guess that in the first place A should have B’s Need as a Surplus. Then, B erase the Need and A erase the Surplus…am I right? ( i.e. Plague in The Capital)
Transfer a Need from A to B: Does it mean that A gets that Resource as Surplus and B gets it as Need? or A does not get it as Surplus(i.e. Shortages & Corruption in The Capital)
Hi! So, in order:
– Transfer Resource: A gets Need: Resource, B gets Surplus: Resource.
– Transfer Surplus: A gets the chosen Surplus as a need, B gets the chosen Surplus as a Surplus.
– Donate a Resource: In that case, A must have a Surplus matching one of B’s Needs, and then gives it to B (removing both the surplus and the Need)
– Transfer a Need: When you transfer a need, remove it from the donor’s sheet and add it to the recipient’s sheet. So if A has Need: Recruits and transfers it to B, they lose it and B gains it.
Therefore, transferring surplus is the same as transfering resource, am I right?
