What defines Dark over Strange over Trouble? In other words what do these Attrib mean?

They’re more like approaches than attributes.
I see Strange as more things that are unusual and esoteric – maybe identifying an odd insect or reciting the spell in ancient Summerian you found in the mayor’s office.
Trouble is for acts that are somewhat miscreant in nature. Depending on the nature of the game it could be anything from misdemeanours and making trouble in class to outright crimes.
Dark meanwhile is indulging your darker and crueler nature. It’s more a direct opposite from the Sweet approach. Maybe it’s being outright manipulative, or it could be simply being cold and dismissive.
I would hope to a degree they would negotiated at the table so to speak, certainly many situations could be rolled with different approaches, don’t worry about getting it wrong.
