1. There’s the Warren but it’s pretty specifically about bunnies.

2. You could probably take a cue from that WoD supplement JWalt made (right?) that has you assign species heritage abilities. Dark Heart of the Dreamer, I think it’s called.

3. Assuming that everyone (or a lot of people) are anthropomorphic animal mutants, you could just play it as written and add the animal-ness as “flavour text”. A character with a high Sharp could be something like a wolf, with heightened senses.
