The Protege – Daughter of an investigative journalist, years of Quinn Elliot’s antics as Little Sparrow got the attention of former prolific hero White Owl, now Mayor of Halcyon City. After months of trying to talk Quinn out of her heroics, the Owl relented and took Quinn under her wing both as an intern of the city and as her superpowered protege.

The Delinquent – 16 year old Francis Bishop is the son of a magic using thief, and he’s inherited both his mother’s magic tricks and her cloak after she was incarcerated. A classic delinquent, White Owl insisted Franc join her team of heroes lest he join his mother in prison.

The Legacy – Polly was born with the blood of the gods in her veins. Proudly accepting her fate as a powerful pawn for good, she never wears a mask and trains hard under her aunt Arastrea, the current Arete. She joins White Owls team to test her mettle in the real world.

The Bull – Helix doesn’t remember much outside of Cage Brigade where she was injected with experimental treatments to rewrite her DNA. She would have gone out in a blaze of rage and glory had White Owl not intervened. Now she’s got a complex relationship with the team to contend with.

The Scion – Shawn Braddock had a hand in bringing down his father, a hero turned bad. White Owl, impressed with Shawn’s bravery and intelligence, offered him a role on the team for the opportunity to use his father’s advanced tech for good, and the chance to make things right.
