But what would be the bonus to the 4 cred one if there are not any rule mechanics anywhere? Is there a bonus? Thanks

I was under the impression that “cutting edge Russian stuff” was a reference point for the MC in case he wanted to add some custom hacker options to the game, but wasn’t intended to be a stat’ed out thing. I could be wrong though.
It’s a fictional shout out to Neuromancer and a suggestion for a custom program that an MC might want to make for their game.

Might want to think of it as Chinese nowadays though. With North Korean hacking software at 1 cred as it’s mostly someone else’s tools with inadequate sophistication except when phishing for English Parliamentarians passwords (think password as their level of an 8 character tough password).
