Due to some player feedback I have designed a new wound/harm system for Urban Shadows. It’s inspired from a few different sources and it’s a slightly more narrative damage system. Relying on descriptors and different tiers of wounds. Here my thoughts so far….

Agreed, I like the examples and the new wound system makes more sense to me then the clock system and allows for flavor to the game.
