When you howl like a beast that stalks the night you get the effects of going aggro on all enemies within earshot with the demand being “flee in terror”. If they suck it up they take s-harm.
Rename the Wolf the Were
rename The Wolf Wants Out – The Beast Wants out
and you can make the Wolf into a Shapechanger of most animal kinds. Weretiger, weregorilla, Wereemu…
just a thought. Having just classic Werewolfes is cool too
Hey, I really liked the Primal Howl move idea. I made few tweaks to convince my MC and fellow players to allow it into our house rules (they thought it was a bit over the top). I thought you might appreciate the feedback.
Primal Howl (Wolf archetype):
When you howl like a beast that stalks the night you roll with Spirit. On a hit all enemies within earshot flee in terror or take a stun-harm. On 7-9, mark corruption or lose control on them. On a fail, you have attracted additional unfriendly attention.
