The move “Chameleon” has left my MC and me stumped. Can I get a few examples of an Important Ritual that would trigger this move or even a situation in which a ritual would occur?

Totally up to you! As The Immortal, you have seen so, so much. You tell me what important ritual you want to do and how it fits into the culture of the Faction that you’re trying to engage.
A few examples:
– The Fae recite a poem when they first meet a powerful figure, something that lets everyone know the figure’s power and stature.
– Vampires may lay claim to the Right of Dominion on the grounds of any holy site. The Right allows the vampire to make a claim on territory or property within the city.
– Ghosts honor the Fallen, the ghosts who gave in to oblivion, by sacrificing a living thing under a moon, full or new.
Don’t think of a ritual as “a big event that only happens sometimes.” Perform the smaller rituals of daily existence to win the trust of Factions who will be impressed with your wisdom.
