The only place that has copies in stock right now is IPR, which has damaged copies (roughed up corners) for $19.98 plus shipping (http://www.indiepressrevolution.com/xcart/product.php?productid=19837&page=1), or pristine copies for 39.95 (http://www.indiepressrevolution.com/xcart/product.php?productid=19815&page=1).
I have no idea how much shipping to Italy would be though, I’m guessing it’ll be a bit expensive. Unfortunately, a shipping mishap damaged most of the remaining copies of the book we had leftover from the kickstarter when they were sent to IPR and we put all our eggs in one basket there 🙁
