If I have one gripe about the new edition, it’s that the playbooks don’t fold neatly into booklets like the old ones did. I thought they were meant to be trifolds like the original Apocalypse World playbooks, but they don’t fold well that way either. 🙁

I’d really like to try running Apocalypse World or one of its hacks as a campaign, but other commitments leave me with little time for other gaming than what I’m already doing.

How well does AW work for running campaigns on a monthly basis. Is there any issue with maintaining momentum with such games, and how might one get around that problem?

Hullo folks, I’m Rob. I’ve run two one-shots of this so far (one involving the Mothman, another involving a man-eating Moon Tree) and an IRC campaign that didn’t quite work out. All the same, I love the book, and hope to run it again in the near future. Maybe as a RL campaign this time. 😀
