Just thinking out loud. I wonder how U-S would work in a wild west setting plagued by monsters and/or demons. I think it would work fairly well.

Werewolf Wild West?
Gee. I wonder where that idea came from.. 😉
What is Werewolf Wild West?
haha it wasn’t just cause we’re playing Deadlands, Jamie. 🙂
I also ran a late 19th century game set in Edinburgh Scotland and it went super well. Was wondering if it would be any more or less challenging to simply move that to a different part of the globe.
I think that it would work fine. The MC just has to be up on Western style description. 🙂 But also, one of the things that’s different between an “Urban” game and a “Wild West” game is that people are a great deal less anonymous in the “Wild West” unless they travel around a lot. Then trust issues become even more present. Especially important if you become known by the trail of dead that follows you. 🙂
Pff, if my 18th century Monsterhearts concept game can pan out well, and AW can swing Falling Skies, I see no reason U-S can’t do Wild-Wild-West-With-Fangs.
Hmm, it comes closer to ApocWorld in the Wild Wild West With Fangs. Then you can bust out the Hardholder and Chopper. 🙂
