Custom Move
The Playbook
When you perform a scam, con, hustle, hoodwink, gambit, flimflam, stratagem or bamboozle to get someone to have sex with you, roll+COOL. On a 10+ the trick works, on a 7-9 choose 1
– You need expensive stuff to get your trick to work, spend 1 barter
– You get into trouble with one of your past concquest
– You totally look like a dork doing it
When you have The Playbook change your sex move to this
When you have sex with someone roll+COOL
On a 10+ you totally nailed them
On a 7-9 they will come back later and put you into a uncofortable situation of your choosing
The Wingman
When you Interfere with someones Seduce move and they get a 6-, treat it as having seduced them yourself with a 10+
When you request the highest of high fives, roll+COOL. On a 10+ you get it. 7-9 you get it but choose 1. On a 6 you get ongoing -1 until you succeed at another high five.
– It takes time and it’s awkward
– You insult someone. The GM will tell you what happens.
– You get a discrete one.
I would change the middle option to offending someone GM choice since gender isn’t as clear in the apocalypse world.
Otherwise I like it.
Good point. Done
And then, what does the highest of high fives give you? +1 forward against anyone seeing it?
Why not give you and whoever high fived you a +1 forward?
What does discrete do then?
The move as a representation of the character is fine but would not work for AW.
Ok what started as a joke is now just too serious. I know nothing of AW except what is also applicable to DW. Do you need to represent everything mechanically in AW?
