I haven’t read Leverage, but you might check out some of J. Walton’s work. He designed a jobs generator for Dark Heart of the Dreamer (for DW). And incorporated flashbacks into his early version of Love Over Gold (AW engine).
Chris Bennett, I know the Planarch Codex well and it’s great. I’ve used it plenty in my Technoir AW game. But the LeverageRPG has juicy details about the mark for a con: their angle, power, weakness and vulnerability. Basically, its very flavourful for modern day capers and heists.
