Quick Summary: Hotline Miami meets World of Darkness. The latter is literal.
I made a hack for that contest on SA back in August. I’ve done some further refining to it (though I feel it’s still nowhere near finished). I welcome any feedback I can get on it. Thanks in advance to those who check it out!
In the GM agendas you may want to change “deepest black” to “dirtiest black”. I think it’ll scan better for a game that should spend as much time in alleys as nightclubs.

Whichever way you decide will strongly influence the tone of the game as presented.
