Question, what are the full range of attributes, is -1 the lowest or can there be -2 and -3 ranked attributes as well? I don’t recall noticing that info in teh book, only the maximums of +3.

When creating a character you’re given a set list of stats that you can choose to put in whatever you like, so there are no -2 or -3 that you can put into anything and no rules for purposely decreasing stats to raise other ones or anything. Hope that answers your question!
If it were a house rule would allowing that greatly impact the die rolls?
Yeah, modifiers in the AW engine tend to skew things a fair amount. Having a +3 is almost guaranteed success and it works the same way in the other direction so I’d be wary of fiddling too much with the modifiers, it’s not a system with a lot of swing in it like D&D with a d20.
