The previews of AW: Dark Age have peoples and warbands. Not sure where you can find these documents at the moment though.
In The ‘Hood, each character has his own street, the sum of them making the neighorhood were you play, and you also create places out of it (which can be strategic if I don’t want your character to reach easily that place)

In Dream Askew, “Outlying gangs” is an non mandatory Situation that can be managed by a player (it’s MC-less) with its principles, craves and moves.
