I’m trying to setup a game to run with a few friends. I’m just wondering if the MC Sheet in Jul 11th update is the most up-to-date version available to public and if it still works well with the final versions of Basic Moves and Playbooks. Also, if there is more information on building NPCs available to the public.

Not yet re: NPCs. They are likely to be just a set number of harm and then a selection of moves with no mechanical detail for what they can do.
Hey Nicholas Arroyo! Glad to see you running the game!
We’ve just added a new version of the MC sheet to the Play Materials folder (where the most current Playbooks/Basic Moves sheets are located). We’ll be announcing the upload in the next update, but we wanted to let you know it was there!
As far as building NPCs, Luke Walker has it right. For the most part, NPCs should have between 2-6 harm boxes (2= normal human, 6=supernatural monster) and weapons like the PCs. Remember that the PCs do all the rolling, so those NPCs act when they miss or when they give you a golden opportunity.
Those are the most recent yes. We’re very close to having the final version ready for release. It’s pretty awesome and we’re very excited to get it out there!
First off, thanks to everyone for answering and helping out. I have a better of how to handle NPCs so that will work out.
Mark Diaz Truman Thanks for the heads up on the new MC Sheet. Thought I should mention that the version up is missing the City moves. It just has the header and nothing below it. Also, thanks for making a really cool game.
It’s blank on purpose, since each city has its own list of moves. You should consider the city you’re running in and come up with a couple of appropriate moves for it. If you need any help with that, please ask. 🙂
