Couple of questions:
1. If playing with one player and his character is “Active ostracized by most” it means that the Bond Threshold is 1. That means that the character is limited to a Bond with The City or “Law Enforcement” but not both? (Or the law and City don’t count toward the Threshold?)
2. Outside some Drive Moves how you get 10+ since you don’t except for the -3 for the critical?
1. 1+ the number of players (those Bonds each go into the players, but they might be redistributed later). They choose where they want that last Bond point to go – whether it be The City, Law Enforcement, or an NPC important to their character. If the Bond point doesn’t go into The City or Law Enforcement it just starts out at 0.
2. I’m not sure what you’re asking here, but you can always increase your chances of getting a 10+ pretty easily by Burning a Bond.
