Could you see about making interactive PDFs?
The PDFs are great for tabletop, but it would be nice to have interactive PDFs that people can fill in for those of us that do virtual tabletops.
Also, separate files for each of the playbooks. I’ve had to tell people a couple of different times that Chosen (or whatever) is in the collected revised file.
Honestly I’ve got no experience doing the interactive stuff.
There is this guy. I don’t know if he does commissions. He mostly makes interactive sheets for White Wolf stuff for the fun of it, but you could see if he’s willing to do it.

For separate files, you can print to PDF just the relevant pages.
Splitting the pdf for separate playbooks is simple enough – there’s a good range of Linux and Windows software that’ll do it, macs practically have the stuff built in.
Yup, using Preview you can select thumbnails and drag them to the Finder to extract those pages as a separate PDF.
