Was there one made? My own is kinda half-built: I felt Carta Galaxia (the book of pre-made campaign/world-building assets) was a better place to put it, so I put it aside to get the core rules out.
That said, if someone else came up with a list for all 450 Origin-Career-Career combos I’d be super happy to see it!
I’d recommend using http://donjon.bin.sh/scifi/name/ for coming up with spacey wacey sounding names.
