I believe it’s just the playbooks, basic move list, and gm move list. There’s enough there to figure out roughly how it should work – especially if you have experience with PbTA games – but it’s definitely a bit scarce right now.
Rules update coming in November.
There is QuickStart on the way, as well as updated playbooks. I don’t think we will see a set of rules until the book’s released on PDF.
