Huzzah! It has landed! Sort of. And I can solemnly attest that the very first effect of the official rules and setting information is someone being a wee bit disappointed that she can not in fact play a pink ‘t’ien lung’ style girl dragon because there are no girl dragons. (Cub has not yet fully processed that there are no ‘boy’ dragons either.)
Cub has set her heart on playing a Crafter. And by the moons, dre will be pink. More to follow when and as time permits.
Marissa Kelly Oh, certainly–the pink Chinese dragon part is gonna happen. And I’m pretty sure she’ll think of her dragon as a ‘girl’ dragon.
Overall, I think that was an unexpected but cool bit of design, but confess that I’ll be slipping up on pronouns about as often as I kept calling the Baron’s charger a horse last time I ran Ironclaw (where Horses are people and mounts are lizardy).
