seems to me that if you choose the “flesh” option, it’s Corruption every time.
Ok, you don’t have to feed EVERY time…
Someone suggested me that a newly made corpse cannot complain; I think this a bit stretchy.
“Mmm, got the shakes again, do you John? You don’t have to answer, it’s plain as day. You wouldn’t come to me unless you needed your fix. And I am inclined to help you. I truly am. But I have my overheads; morphine doesn’t come cheap.”

1.The character would be either an undertaker , Mortician, Corriner or he would have contacts in that field who would provide his meals for him that would be excellent cover for certain folks to dissapear
2 he preys on vagrants ,
travelers , the lost & the lonely , this character takes people under his wing & then feeds ,upon theses helpless victims , this character would have a routine he goes through when he needs to feed , it has down to a fine art of who & where to find these victims , this creature looks after these folks he may let them bathe , shave & feed.
This character would be very particular that his food was clean
3 The character has a supplier called The Farmer who provides food , this person is a butcher who visits various vamps he supply’s for cash sums favours , , you name it
He is almost like a delivery service & his meat is top quality & always fresh off the bone.
Depends on how much and what kind of human flesh needs to be consumed. There are a lot of places where one can take a bite out of someone without it being necessarily fatal. If the victim has some “love handles” or other fatty tissue, more can be removed (although causing trauma to someone without killing them is never a guaranteed outcome).
So, probably some vampiric liposuction.
A field guide to Vampire cannibals

These only consume certain amounts of excess flesh & don’t need vast amounts
these carnivorous vamps would be searching for prime quality meat,
lean tender & full of flavour
They would be not content of any old thing
& they will be tempted to use Farmers of the highest grade
The reluctant
This tends to only be a phase but reluctant to exist throughout the populace , they simple are vampires that find their feeding habits distasteful
These vampires are subtle masters of pursuasion & their victims are willing participants they find the process gratifying & almost get a hieghtend pleasure when these creatures feed
These guys are like small time farmers themselves but they only keep live stock for their own consumption
These humans are treated well usually
They make reguluar deals with folks as they only consume relatively small amounts of flesh that don’t harm there willing victims
Pure Cannibals These vampires travel in packs ,
These chaps are fussy they will not consume anything & everything ,they feed & gorge on anything within their reason
Pure cannibals still have some standards when it comes to their food.
They will organise raids on farms wether those containing humans or animal , they will never feed on other pure cannibals , this vampire is unrelentless in its pursuit of food. However the meat must be good.
They have their own farms & will sell livestock to others for high prices they are often on the search for high grade meat as they know this fetches the highest price & tastes devine
Scavanger / ghouls these vampires are shunned they feed on carrion they are like vultures or hyenas they consume the left overs of animal or human
They are relatively ugly creatures pointed beds tallons / claws they run around in rags scantily clad their pale body’s blend in with surroundings
& they talk with a hiss they can live in packs or scavenge in solitary.
The Hunters
Relentless in pursuit of delicacy’s
they live for the meat
They have farms they organise chases
These awful events involve sending live stock
Out & tracking it & feeding upon it
These vampire’s thrive on the thrill of the terror ” this makes the meat taste better
When nothunting they are just like everybody else
Hunters lead a relatively normal vampyric existence
Its just at feeding time they turn quite wild
The Greedy/ Fucci’s Children
These are nicknamed by vampyric society more animal than vampire , these creatures are horrendous they will eat & consume their appetites are ferocious they will consume & consume
They take plunder & steal they live for meat
Their appetites are never satisfied
They leave victims here & their
They will travel in packs , but if pickings are slim , they will feed upon each other
Svcavangers often follow these creatures but they have to be cautious or they could end up on the menu.
In my game it’s a tradeoff: Fleasheaters can’t feed on willing victims, but Bloodsuckers and Breathtakers can’t feed on the dead.
I want to thank you all on this thread for giving my creative spark a light , I now have added a lot of information on human farming for cannibal vampires, I’m designing a generic supernatural setting , & you have all helped me out on devolping vampire characters for it. I had thought of emotional vampires but the cannibal ones I had not thought of till reading this.
I don’t own Urban Shadows yet but I have been interested in it & heard a few podcasts & watched some live plays.
