Aaron’s copy of the first softcover proof arrived while I was in Columbus for Origins. The black looks really good. Even someone who was critical of the legibility of the black PDF thought this was great.

There will be a more traditional version as well, but this version will definitely be a thing that I will sell.

There are a couple of issues with the hardcover that we need to sort out, but if I don’t spot anything wrong with the softcover when I go over it carefully tomorrow, it should be available soon.

  1. Sweeeet!!! Hamish, would you be willing to post a photo comparing the premium and standard papers for the soft and hardcovers? I’d be curious to see the difference.

  2. Theres also a cool effect that if you fan the side slightly you can see the chapter headings really well. Which Aaron Brown planned, because he’s a badass graphic designer.
