So I am planning on starting an Urban Shadows game with my group, but the archetypes people are looking at playing are the Aware, the Hunter, the Oracle and the Wizard. Are we going to have problems with only two of the Factions present in among the players? Should I maybe have some of the players start in a different faction than the normal one?

That’ll be great! This way for the players to advance (which they’ll want to), they must interface with your NPCs in the other fations. It’ll work great.
I don’t think it matters that much what the player Factions are. They’ll more easily score Power and Mortal checks with each other, and have to go looking for Wild and Night, but who doesn’t like a wild night?
.
Could easily turn into the book Night Watch. Which would be awesome!
If you don’t treat the “session intro” rules as optional, then there will be entanglement with Night and Wild even if the players stay mostly within their own factions as the session intro requires one to pick a faction not already marked.
Yeah, the beginning of session move is what I was worried about. For some reason I thought they marked their own faction, so I thought we would be getting only power and mortality tumors. Thanks guys!
Hmm… power and mortality tumors, huh?
