  1. The themes are interesting but a lot of things here are just ported from other PbTA games. The Bacchus is the Chopper,  the Cassandra has a move from the Battlebabe…

    Almost every sheet has a move that’s multi-paragraph in length. The phrasing is weird: it often says “gain condition” instead of “gain THE condition”, and the books are named as if “The Hercules” is an archetype the way “The Witch” is.

    The Ganymede has a trigger warning but it’s basically “Kick Me Sign” the RPG class. The Mortal gains power by being co-dependent, but the Ganymede is defensive/reactive (where you cancel out other people’s actions and crawl into the corner.)

    Some are unfinished. The fury has a move that just says “The Rules

    Write down three rules that you are

    trying to enforce.”

    Good art and formatting, but I wouldn’t bring any of these to the table.

  2. The Hercules reminds me of Mask’s “The Bull”, and I think Toro, despite her messy origins, is a lot more powerful and proactive than any MH character.
