The Kurosawa Extraction job wound up little messy- a massive pile-up on the automated freeway, some shotgun surgery, and skin-of-the-teeth getaway to the safe house. Hey, at least they got paid… even if it wasn’t by the corp that hired them.

Awesome!
Who paid them?
I just now saw those clocks up at the top; superb visuals!
When they took the job, they found out they were being hired by Chem Mech, who the Hunter used to work for. They decided to go forward but contacted One Sec, the corp that owns the Hacker, and offer Kurosawa to them instead.
“Getting paid! That’s what I’m talkin’ about!” (detail from the movie IDIOCRACY.)

You always told me to stay off the freeway. You said it was suicide.
Thanks for running this game, Steve. I hope OneSec is happy with Kurosawa as their new employee. It literally cost an arm (and almost a leg) to make it happen.
Poor Sleeper, I don’t think he got a hit all session. From now on, I might include a “three strikes, you hit” rule in my convention games.
Re: three strikes. I’ve used tokens in the past, given out on a fail. A player can then cash in the tokens at some defined ratio for a success when they really need it.
What ratio?
