The Bull has their (initial) Love and Rival as their two relationships, and those two terms have mechanical meaning for that playbook, but the other playbooks (and the general rules) don’t assign them any mechanical weight.
They’re essentially a narrative tool to pre-establish some drama and tie the characters together on an individual level, like the “When Our Team First Came Together” questions do for the team. Aside from keeping the fiction in mind, you don’t need to worry about them!
