I seem to recall there’s PBtA game where the PCs are the monsters in a classic fantasy setting. I know that Kobolds Ate My Baby! exists, but I thought there was another game along similar lines that was specifically PbtA. Did I dream it?

I remember it too. You played monsters as adventurers came in to take stuff. The best I can find in a quick search was Dungeonhearts
In a fantasy classic setting, I bet you’re thinking of the Number Appearing supplement for Dungeon World. Beyond that, yeah, I’d guess Dungeonhearts.

Skeletons by Jason Morningstar is along the same lines. It’s structured freeform and GMless, but carries a hearty share of PBTA DNA with playbooks, provocative questions and playing to find out.
