Best Random Hardhold Ever:
Leg Claw Ruin is a hardhold. It is small – a total population of 50-60 souls. It has a powerful fleet: at least 7 combat vehicles, and as many utility vehicles. An absence of strong rivals allows for lucrative raiding. The population follow a strict moral code and punish nonconformers; they particularly abhor masturbation. They have a horror of sickness and infirmity; those who do not hide their disease are exiled. It is a very new hold, and lots of things are still being figured out.
It is a tyranny: ruled by the authority of whoever can cling on to power. It marches under the hopeless leadership of the Brutish Captain.
Its guard corps is heavily-armed, small (10-20 violent bastards) and ill-disciplined.
