Momo is the Faceless in the most recent BHB game. They are androgynous, dress like a nearly naked dominatrix, and have a mask with an odd number of eyes. The touching is not at all sexual, but so pokey and stroking and just weird, as though you are a strange stuffed animal that Momo is exploring and playing with.
