2. Have you seen Undying? That’s a PBTA game about Vampires exclusively. And there is a V:tM hack for Undying as well, although I haven’t read or played it.

4. Guilherme Eisenlohr, I wrote the VTM / WoD hack with Steve and few others. I will be putting an update soon, but if you read my add-on, it works quite well for just Vampire.
