IMO FE needs update.
Is there a later version than the backer-released PDF?
What do you need, specifically? I image most of it ports to 2nd ed pretty simply, and I’ve never seen prosthetics be a problem.
Well, like, the battle options on the vehicle creation rules would be bonkers in FE. But having a system for that seems welcome, something to distinguish pack animals from war beasts.
It looks like the Mount Moves on p22 are it for “vehicles” in FE, I guess. That makes sense, I think. As you say, too much would be bonkers. Terrain remains as a threat type in FE, though. So I’m not perfectly sure how that plugs in.

Robert Rosół – That’s what I’ve done but I haven’t cracked how to implement it and was wondering if anyone else has.
Unless I’m missing something obvious or the version of FE I have isn’t the latest.
I grabbed my copy from the HQ, http://apocalypse-world.com/AW2ndEdFallenEmpiresPreview.pdf, and as mentioned, mounts and mounted battle moves are all there and ready. Prosthetics I would just port over from 2E, reskinned with some appropriate sounding tags.
I think I have that same file; does it talk about battle options to put on mounts the same way you can put a flamethrower on a car?
Indeed, it does not. My advice would be to crib from the Driver playbook. Thoroughbred warhorses, well trained mounts, pick your bonus and make up a reason.
