This might be a dumb question, but… where was The Angel actually mentioned as something that was happening?

I’ve been asking for status updates, only to just realize I can’t actually find where the heck I found out about it in the first place!
A bit back, someone at magpie said something along the lines of: Immortal and Dragon soon, Angel will be much later, since unlike the others it wasn’t a kickstarter obligation.
Alan Scott Yes, I’m the one who asked that. But I can’t remember where the Angel being a thing was actually first mentioned!
I would never expect Angel to hit the light of day, especially with Hallowed existing.
Tommy Rayburn But they’re incredibly different concepts?
Lex Permann But are both needed?
Tommy Rayburn A faith leader from Power who is all about their relationship with their cult versus an inhuman creature from Wild with a mission from above? Yeah, they’re both needed and different. It’s kinda like saying “why do we need the Tainted when the Wolf can already transform?”
I think Tainted is the opposite of Hallowed. The better analogy is if you have Angel, should you also have Fallen?
I’m just not seeing the overlap between Hallowed and Angel.
I am thinking fictionally, not mechanically. I can easily use the Hallowed to cover the Sam ground that is covered for Angel.
I don’t see the Angel fostering a cult of their own and demanding worship. They’re more about having a divine mission than a bunch of followers.
