I am brand new to the game and creating my first character. When selecting a mixed/dual/multiple Origin, it says to pick 3 moves from the different origin playbooks.

I have played a number of PbtA games, but I want to make sure my understanding is clear: Is a “Move” defined as any of the text that begins with the blue bold print? Example: I’m a Freak looks like the playbook has 3 moves, but the first is only fictional details about being a Feared with no mechanical benefit or other changes. Or is this not actually a move and Feared was just defining the Origin like at the beginning of I’m Back from the Dead?
