Looking for a Sci-Fi interior artist
So as I mentioned when trying desperately to get FBH out the door this summer, my previous interior artist and I have parted ways and he won’t be doing any further work on the books. This leaves me looking for a new artist, a task I’ve been dreading/putting off for far too long.
Anywho, if anyone here knows of a good interior artist, I’m all ears. I’d be looking to commission several pages for this book alone, with two more books next year, so it’s a fair chunk of work. The work would be black and white, and I’m a strong fan of stylish, hard contrast shapes, but I’m open to different styles.
(One of my favorit B&W style is in the vein of Mignola https://i.pinimg.com/736x/f2/87/7e/f2877e29b2d268aaf46b5b16386345da–mike-mignola-art-black-white-art.jpg)
I’d appreciate getting portfolio links or whatnot, rather than going around bothering the artists themselves.
Thanks folks!

Nate Marcel, I use him a lot, he’s fairly pulp though:

Jon Cairns, normally does comics, some of them sci-fi:

My buddy Jed does art. He has worked for DC comics.
What is FBH? I am new here.

Hiya Chris Shorb FBH is “Far Beyond Humanity”, my second rolelaying game book. I’m working on my third but I’m looking for a new illustrator to do the inside covers. Thanks for the heads up about your friend Jed, I’ll take a look at his stuff.
Also: Chiara di Francia, she does more horror stuff than sci-fi, I think, but has done alien women before:

Maybe these two guys, they do some nice looking spaceships, but I have no idea what kind of rates they work for, or if they know what an rpg is:

Here’s my portfolio – note that I do several styles. I love Mignola’s style and Guy Davis’ similar style, but haven’t gone that stark myself yet. Out of my folders I suppose the one with the magic ritual is the closest to your brief. I have also done much concept art for science fiction projects.

New here! Excited about AW, filled with questions, but noticed this thread. While looking for art with which to illustrate story seeds, I found Maciej Zagorski’s art on RPGnow. Much is fantasy but there’s a lot of sci-fi, and I’m sure he’d do even more detailed work by arrangement. The stark visual contrast is something that can be hard to find in sci-fi art these days but it really does feel perfect for AW. (I realize you wouldn’t likely buy art packs; these are meant as samples.) Anyway – rpgnow.com – RPGNow.com – The Forge Studios – SCI-FI Art packs – The Leading Source for Indie RPGs
