The 1st ed. has bee printed (no pdf). There has been mention of a translation of the 2nd ed. by 500 nuances de geek, but not much more information.
The French translation of the first edition was published by La Boite à Heuhh (http://bah.editions.over-blog.com/pages/Apocalypse_World-6685272.html).
Unfortunately, they don’t exist anymore. So you need to rely on second-hand books.
The second edition may be published someday by An Editor Whose Name cannot be Said 🙂
