Any thoughts about using the setting of Android/Netrunner for a game of The Veil?

I’ve heard good things about it but never played myself!
The card game is very nice. I’ve read the fiction made for it in the beginning (title : Mimics) and I fit with the Apparatus. The art is superb also, which would help for visualization.
Oh there are novels in the universe as well? I had no idea! That’s neat. I bought the card game for my brother last year. Should push him to play it with me some more.
There’s an Android setting book out there:

I have thought about it, but the Veil tends to be more post-cyberpunk than the Android setting.
Technoir would be better suited perhaps
The board games paint the setting as quite traditionally cyberpunk: huge monolithic corporations and netrunning. There’s some real-boy ai android storylines in there too. I don’t remember there being much augmented reality/unreliable witness stuff though.
The broad strokes of the New Angeles setting, the various city districts and the beanpole and Luna City, would be super easy to use.
Netrunner seems to be more mission based (I haven’t read the fiction around it though) I would probably run it using the sprawl instead?
The Sprawl lacks a number of key concepts from the Android setting IMO, though it may be a decent base to start from.
