Fraser Simons, is it possible to buy the Cascade pdf now from Samjoko and then get the value of the pdf discounted from the price of the physical book when it’s available? I’ll order the physical copies of the 2nd printing of The Veil (even though I have the physical 1st printing) as well as Cascade, but waiting for the physical Cascade to become available is painful.
