I’ve been enjoying the playthrough, but now I have to run my own game!
If you played or recorded for a few hours instead of an hour, would you prepare for a few jump points or just get deeper into details and require more rolls for more descriptions?
Depending on the crew, it might take a couple hours to resolve a jump point.
A couple suggestions I have: have at least two jump points prepared in case they handle the first one quickly. The second suggestion is after they resolve a jump point do a bunch of close quarters rolls to develop characters and relationships. Is be interested in hearing how your game is going!
Thanks for the tips! Realistically with five to seven people talking it’ll be a miracle if we resolve a jump point every game, but I want to be prepared!
Having two ready makes sense, and I do think I’ll start and end sessions with cramped quarters. That may seem like a lot but it’s not like they’re getting a pleasure yacht, and submarine crews make cramped quarters rolls daily!
