Downtown in an extravagant building with statues in front of the original 4 members of the first team. This is in my game.
In my game, Exemplar HQ is called The Archway, and is in downtown Halcyon. The building is styled organically, with basically no hard corners and radiantly illuminated.
The leading superhero team in my city maintains a visitor center where the public can tour an exhibit about their feats and young superheroes can meet with for debriefing in offices. The team’s true headquarters is in classified location and we have not yet seen it in the campaign.
In my last campaign the Exemplars HQ was a intelligent build occult in plain sight by technological devices, sorts of “Harry potter’s Phoenix order HQ” but not magical

Canonically…Secrets of A.E.G.I.S. and the Halcyon City Herald Collection mention some places, but honestly…they have a bunch of bases, including Exemplar Tower, and the Exemplars cloud-base. Which means all of these could be true! 🙂
