Are there any plans for where this community will migrate to once G+ shuts down? I only really figured out what G+ was and how it works about a month or so ago, but this community seems really helpful to have around for people running or playing this game. Will this community migrate to a different platform like Reddit or Discord?

Yes, I imagine so. There’s a Facebook group as well but wherever most TTRPGs G+ folks go I’ll make a community/group.
Nooooo not Facebook. (As if they were other choices 😀)
I’m already on Facebook and there’s a twitter for The Veil as well that sometimes people hit me up with questions through. But yeah I guess we will see where most folks go come August and then I’ll make sure people have a resource like this one there too.
