So I’ve finished the new setting creation system. I still need to go through the current rules for running the game to make sure the elements of setting creation integrates with the rest of the game, but I’m done for the night. Cool, I’ll check it out ASAP.
Thanks. I know there are some areas that are still rough, but game design is fun and I’ll probably keep writing games (even if I’m not trying to publish) until I run out of ideas.
Interesting! I’ll pour over this as soon as I am able.
I made a quick read before bed. It’s compelling and I can see people hacking that portion of the game almost like making a playbook, and using the genre or focus of the playbook to provide a limited and guiding set of themes, tendencies, and attributes.
Also loved the read of the intro and how well it sets expectations. You agree to this game and you know you have an expiration date. Play accordingly.
I did a bit of a read through on part of this today. Sooooo many typos, style inconsistencies, and loose ends. Time to bribe an edit a monster (and have to just do it myself because I’m poor)
