Can bust up the drugs to make Angel Kit Reserve?
An angel might use harm or cool drugs instead of Angel kit. Turning Angel kit into drugs isn’t as cool as other way around I think.
Is the intention to have addiction’s -1 apply all the time once addicted? I think you meant for this to model withdrawal, but the wording of that mechanic appears to need work to do this. Sure, as written, we can talk to our Angel to see if they will help us get rid of the highlighting issue. But can’t we also just.. do the drugs again to remove that issue as well as the -1?
The -1 applies all the time. Your stat doesn’t reduce though. It’s just a -1 ongoing to rolls to avoid stat level changing weirdness.
But yeah, once you take the drug again the -1 goes away for that duration.
There is an argument to have withdrawal only set in after a while once you have taken a drug but I am not sure that is worth the extra “bookkeeping” on that. But taking a potency 3 thing should probably stop withdrawal longer then potency 1. Not sure on that yet. Needs playtesting.

When you are addicted to a [Cool, Hard or Sharp] combat drug take -1 ongoing to any roll with that stat you make while not on that drug. In addition, when this stat is highlighted you may not mark experience when rolling that stat if you are not on the drug.
