So, my plan is to play a Zombieapocalypse in the mood of The Walking Dead TV Show. Right now i m Brainstorming, immersing myself in different media to get into this kind of fiction. Next step is to choose an appropriate system to play this out, preferably with the known stereotypses as playable chars.
Have you had experience with this and could you recommend something?

Two canditates i could find are Zombieworld and World gone Mad, one more DW-ish, the latter more AW, anyone tried those?
How long can you wait? I’ve been finalising layout on Fear the Living for John Jessop, and the first-draft PDF has just gone to Kickstarter backers – I think it’ll be on DTRPG sometime soonish. It’s not PbtA, but it is heavily influenced by it, and it is specifically designed to emulate Zombie Survivor Drama like The Walking Dead.

Speaking as the designer, I can say that AW was amongst the most influential inspirations system-wise for Fear The LIving, to the extent that it started out as a heavily modified AW hack.
Over the next week or so, I should be getting a revised PDF out to my backers and then posting it to DTRPG and sending it off to print. Keep your eyes peeled.
