Maitre Sinh One of the first RPGs I ever played was cyberpunk game set in Berlin. This was in the 80s, my game is sort of an heartbreak for that. Not PbtA though, and not at all as ambitious than this.
My “innovation” is calling it pre-apocalyptic. It is pretty standard cyberpunk, with a strong focus on the class issue of the genre. The city is also unsustainable, something is going to break. And the PCs are there to possibly save it and maybe survive it.
i’ve played Berlin XVIII in the 80s too…and the pre-apocalytpic (sort of) was also an important par of the game. Berlin / Europa on the verge to collapse…something between WW2 and Soylent Green. That’s fun you are on the same line. I’d like to see your game,.
