Plan B, use a free program like CutePDF that allows you to ‘print’ to PDF. And then just print the pages from the core book that your player needs. Very tidy since you can skip pages to make it more focused.
And yeah if you want the sections from the main book for players to look at do what Todd Zircher says
Print to Microsoft PDF is a standard Windows 10 feature i believe.
